Opening of an outlet

To open an outlet or in other words, to start a real business, we need big capital.

The cost for renovation is also very high. Estimation is about RM100,000 to 200,000. Or maybe could be more! What do you think?
How about staff salary? Electricity, Telephone and Water bill? Rental?

I have found a way of doing it and the cost is not that high. It is actually affordable to many of us. Yes, it is legal, of course.

This is a chance you don't want to miss and it doesn't come offen. Believe me!

Please give me a chance to meet you and explain to you what it is all about. If you don't want to take this opportunity, after I have meet and show you, than it is ok.

But at least, we meet up, so that you could see a bigger picture.

Please don't hesitate to contact me at 016-2287151. Until we meet again for a drink, alright...

Yours sincerely,
Kevinn (Malacca)

talk abt mlm

Yesterday, after work, I went to Island Red Cafe.

I wanted to access to the internet there. There were two internet surfers occupying the place, so I ordered a drink and waited. Not coffee, this time! I took a glass of carrot juice. Trying to cut down those caffeine stuff!

I met a friend, who also happened to drop by to access to the internet. He came and sat on my table.
He is also in MLM and we had a good chat and we had exchange of views too.

drive to wedding

Hi,

I just came back from my friend's wedding today.

Congratulations! KK and SL

The weather was really nice in the morning and everything went on smoothly from the beginning till the end.

I became his driver today.

But it rains heavily while I was fetching them home from the wedding lunch. There was a terrible traffic jam too.

Hey, its time for my dinner... signing off now. bye

kabhi kushi kabhie gham

There was once, I remembered when I was attending my company's 1 day course, the speaker talked about this : " kabhi kushi kabhie gham "

meaning :

"sometimes happy, somtimes sad"

that's life!!!

sometimes we are at the top of the world (UP) and sometimes we are depressed. (DOWN)

say it again,
"kabhi kushi kabhie gham"

It is a title of one of the famous Hindi Movie.

forgive & forget

Everyone is usually dressed out in their traditional Baju Melayu for men and for the women, Baju Kurung, is the prefered choice.

Hari Raya is also a time to forgive and forget past quarrels. The younger members of a family approach their elders (parents, grandparents etc) to seek forgiveness, to "salam" (Muslim equivalent of a handshake), then kiss the hands of the older person as a sign of respect.

The usual greeting with a handshake "salam" during Aidilfitri is “Selamat Hari Raya”, which means “Wishing you a joyous Hari Raya”.

01 October 2008

Selamat Hari Raya!

Today we are celebrating one of Malaysia Festival!
marking the end of Muslim month of Fasting or "Puasa".

I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all :
Saya ingin mengambil kesempatan ini untuk mengucapkan kepada semua:

"Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri"

Anyone having open-house?

What do you normally expect during Raya home visits?

You must taste all the delicious Malay Traditional delicacies or specialities like : the Ketupat, Rendang, Satay, Sambal Ikan Bilis, Lontong, Ayam Masak Merah, Lemang, Curry Chicken, Mutton, Beef, Roti Jala, and many more.

Not to forget the cookies, or "kuih-muih" like : dodol is a must!, kuih tat (pineapple tarts), kuih baulu, just to name a few.
Simply delicious!

A very joyous occasion to see all the family members come home to their elders. They called it : Balik Kampung! Its indeed a peaceful feeling in the Kampung, an escape from the busy city life to celebrate a wonderful Raya Festival.

29 September 2008

fasting month

Fasting month is ending very soon and
Hari Raya is around the corner!

I love Public Holidays!!!

Drive carefully and Stay Alert on the road, ok.

the best part of my life

This is, I think the best part of my life, so far....

I did it again today!

I woke up early for morning jog, time is about 6.45am.
Not just a jog, but a good jog around the park.

Got back home and take a bath..

oh.. no.. I took breakfast first,

rest for a while and then

I go for my cold bath.

Put on clean clothes.

The feeling is Fresh and Alive!

and I stood at the balcony and see & feel the bright, sunny and windy morning breeze !

And of course, it must be on a day off, so I take my time and I don't have to rush to work.

That's the best part of my life! and

I think it is a good start for me throughout the day!!!

11 September 2008

Mooncake Season

Hi, wishing you guys and gals
A Happy Mooncake Festival!!! or A Happy Lantern Festival!!!

There are various type of mooncakes. Here is egg yolk mooncake! Usually taken with chinese tea, plus sitting around a group of friends, will be marvellous!

And here is the Jelly Mooncake! Must eat as soon as you take it out from the freezer, while it is still chill.

I still remember those days, when we were very young, we had a lantern on our hands and walk around the neighbourhood at night. What a beautiful atmosphere with so many colourful lights at a peaceful quiet night.

I can smell the smoke when we first light up our candle in our lanterns. I can feel the heat on my fingers when we pull up our lanterns and wired up our lanterns with bamboo sticks to get ready to walk around in the dark.

I can still feel that moment!

celebrate 1 year old

A couple of days back, I went to my long time friend's house to celebrate this son 1 year old birthday! so cute boy but he doesn't want me to carry him.

I met up with a few old friends too.

Remember the one who hug me in the bar, when I was in the Hotel, as a bartender-long time ago? And He, I meant "He" gave me a ring. Not "She". A little weird, I guess.
Please don't get mistaken...ok. Hahaha... I think he was trying to show his appreciation to me, when I left the bar for another job.
He was there too with his little kid.

I really enjoy the food. A well organised birthday party with 2 invited DJs (one of them is his old friend) with karaoke session, but I don't sing that night, huh.

They have also lucky draw, giving away some small gifts. I think the father did a great birthday for his junior!

Happy Birthday Little One!

A must read book

Hi,

2 days ago, I have read a wonderful book. This book is truly an eye opening and make me realised even more about what I am doing.

I have never finish any book that I read. All books that I read are half way through.
But this book, I complete reading it in 1 day, this book is different. It captured my attention.

This book will help me to build my business. It is not only for MLMer, but to those who wants a better guidance in which route to go in life, to those who wants to be financially independence.

Call me at 016-2287151, if you want to get a copy of this book. I will be glad to share it to you.

I am not selling for a profit, just to cover back the cost of the book.

Most importantly, one must finish and understand the book as fast as possible. The content of the book is simply wonderful!

I have both English and Chinese version.

" This is absolutely a Book Worth Reading! A must read book for those who have misunderstood about MLM. That is what I think after reading it. " - kevinn

Yours sincerely,

note: after reading it,

let me know what do you think.

What is AFF about?

Hi Alison. Thank you for your inquiry.
AFF stands for Alrajhi Friends and Family Programme.

Alrajhi Bank is a Bank that gives out referral fees through MLM system. Yes, this is something new and unheard of.

Alrajhi Bank started a referral program, whereby you will get income from those who take up financing with Alrajhi up to 4 levels down the line in your organisation.

When you introduce a customer to take up a home financing with Alrajhi Bank, you will be paid referral fees throughout the loan tenure.

Example: If you refer your friend to take up a home financing for 25 years, you will be getting 25 years for referral fees, until the financing settled. This is good!

You may personally introduce as many as possible direct under you. It is not a binary. The above is just for illustration only.

Fighting for Gold Medal

World's Best Badminton Shuttlers, Lee Chong Wei, World's Number 2 and Lin Dan, World's Number 1 will be fighting for a Gold Medal in Beijing Olympic Games 2008.

We waited in front of a big screen in a cafe for this Men's Singles Final! waited with full of anticipation.

Many spectators coming into the cafe when it comes to this match! This "open-air" cafe is getting crowded, all seats are taken!

Many feelings going on here : anxiety, confidence, calm, hopes, frustrated, believe, revenge, joy, happy and etc.

Go For A Hunt

My childhood friend and I went for a Hunt!

Hunting for Transformers Toys.

It looks like we are on a Treasure Hunt! looking for something that we treasure, where others don't seem to treasure what they have.

Maybe, they might not know about it or how valuable it is to them.

We have been to many Toys Stores in search for Transformers Toys.

2 months ago, my childhood sms to me : " I feel like a child again, when I got into the Toy Shop ".
Then, I reply his sms : " hmm... is it? ".

Now : I told him the same thing!

I said : " hey, I feel like a small kid, feels a lot younger, what you said is true ".

11 August 2008

twenty3

I woke up this morning and looked at my wrist watch and my calender to see how am I doing so far.

They show 23 days!

My friends said I looked worried and full of anxiety.

Anyhow, I felt happy that morning to see that, for 23 days :

I could control myself,

I am able to be discipline,

I am able to focus

I have been living a normal life as long as 23 days

without turning GREEN!

opps... actually I haven't been drinking coffee! for 23 days

everyone knows I am a coffee addict!

can you believe that?

What an extraordinary achievement...

Yes, we also watch another marvel movie "The Hulk". Yes, it is a good movie too!!!

...if you watch it in the cinema! It won't be so nice if you watch it at home, because to see the huge hulk on my tiny TV screen! You might have a big screen TV at home, maybe a home theater. That will make a hulk of different!

Beijing Olympic

Countdown 2 days left to 08/08/08 Beijing Olympic Games

The Official Mascot :

Designed to symbolize the four of China's most popular animals - the Fish, the Panda, the Tibetan Antelope, the Swallow - and the Olympic Flame.

Beibei is the Fish (Blue), Jingjing is the Panda (Black), Huanhuan is the Olympic Flame (Red), Yingying is the Tibetan Antelope (Orange) and Nini is the Swallow (Green).

When you put their names together -- Bei Jing Huan Ying Ni -- they say "Welcome to Beijing," offering a warm invitation to all for the Olympic Games.

Beijing have been doing preparations all the while until today! The time has come for the competition! All the athletes have done their part to prepare themselves. They have gone through intense training and mental preparation to do their best in the games.

Of course, in every game, there will be a winner and a loser. After each competition, what can be seen is that, the loser will either shake hands or hug to congratulate the winner. And I guess the winner will reply either thank you, try again next time, good job, or just a smile.

That's what we call it the human spirit, the spirit of sportsmanship. "One World, One Dream"

Don't ever miss to watch the Opening Ceremony on 08.08.08! should be a grand and good one!

Once in every 4 years!

I went to see a HK artist

Hey... a few days back, I went to see my friend's idol, a HongKong Artist,....

presenting Ron Ng!!!吳卓羲

He was here as a judge for a talent competition, Junior Idol, held in Dataran Pahlawan. We normally see him on TV, but we got the opportunity to meet him in-person!
He is cheerful and he sang a song for the audience.
Unfortunately, when we want to have a closer look of him and take a photo with him, we were fooled by the security there, as he came out from another direction.
Anyway, we manage to see him from far and enjoyed his performance! It was Ron's first time in Malacca and we would be glad to have him back again!

28 July 2008

Golden Retriever

Its Golden Retriever!

This is Charlie! I met Charlie's friend - Justine in the neighbourhood and we went for a walk in the park in the evening after a heavy rain. Charlie is a about 70 years old dog (human life) and Justine is still young, very active and can not keep still.

And this is Justine!

And this is the eye contact between Justine and Linda

This is how the affection of love is shown in the above photo. Just look at them looking at each other and smile : ) They are both happy.

Of course we walk with Charlie with his master. I have been chased by a dog but never walk with the dog!

Nevertheless, Golden Retriever is a Smart and Obedient companion. So, not to worry to be chased by them!

He already has a few. This is one of his collection.

Car Mode : Chevrolet Camaro -

Robot Mode : Bumblebee -
He has not transform it to robot yet.

My Gratitude

Do you see changes in diversitycoon blog?

Actually, I just got my diversitycoon blog improved with the help of my friend, Ben, a few days back. We were in the Island Red Cafe for wifi.

I couldn't have done this alone. I have seen some interesting blogs out there but don't know how to go about it.
I feel like I am more, how to say it, hmm... attach? involve? or absorbed into it.
Yes, more absorbed, sure is the right word to use to describe my feeling.

Thanks to you! Ben

We Knew! It's Durian

"We knew what you ate the last half an hour"

You can hide anything from us!

except for eating durian and never tell us!

Our fellow friends ate durians without inviting us during lunch hours and pretend as though nothing happen.

Anyway, it's not their fault, they happened to pass by the durian stall and the temptation they couldn't resist.

We don't see you all eating durian but we knew you all have eaten them

(durian is a fruit with lots of thorns and yellow tasty fruit inside)

The smell of it will tell you. We will know that you have visited the durian stall, even if you don't eat durian. The smell stick to your shirt.

Now is the durian season and my mum will make an evening bites with this durian. We call it "Apam Balik Durian".

Pineapple Tarts

Yesterday, I drove my mum to my aunt's house to help out on her pineapple tarts.
My aunt have regular customers who order pineapple tart weekly.

During Chinese New Year Celebration, that's when she have tons of orders. Thats the time, when my mum come in to help her on daily basis.

They called it "Nyonya Tarts" and these tarts have gone as far as Japan and Australia.
It is very tedious to make tarts, especially hand made, and it's made from home.

Hot Drink in Raining Days

Its raining outside these days.
and its very cold when especially working in an air-conditioning place.

I got myself a hot drink last week in Island Red Café.
And do some guessing - what did I drink.

Its non other than coffee!!!
I tired to stop, but it takes some time to quit coffee totally.

Its time to take tea instead, any type of tea.

Feeling nice to take a hot drink in this nice cafe.

tick, tick, tick......

We often hear friends and relative saying or wishing us “have a safe journey” or “ enjoy your journey” … etc, when we are on a journey to some place.

most people define journey as travelling from one place to another, either by car, plane, ship, train,

In fact life is a journey !

When you are reading my humble blog, you are on a journey.

everyday we are dying. time wait for no one. we should live our life to the fullest. enjoy every moment of our lives. at the end of the day, everyone of us will die.

but we will never know when will our life be taken away from us.

No matter who we are. Even the richest man dies.
Its better to die rich than to die poor.

If you loose your money, u can earn back. But if you loose time, you can never get it back. Time don’t wait for anyone.

It ticks, ticks, ticks…

cut down rice

In order to lose some weight, we must be able to take less rice.

a very gd morning 2 you. that is the guide that you can follow. don't tense yourself to follow strictly on the method that i gave you on ORGANIC FASTING.
a small changes everyday is good enough and it will make a lot of difference. I think you can do it, if you try, and make small improvements.

example : rice is carbohydrate. if anyone who would like to cut down rice. they can not possibly do it overnight, by not eating rice at all that next day.

what i learn and i suggest is that cut down your daily rice by half a plate tomorrow. usually we eat rice full plate, correct? Take rice half a plate for a few days starting tomorrow, for example.
Take half a plate of rice and more vegetables for your lunch. cut down fried chicken, fried fish. take steam fish instead...

After a few days taking rice half the size, you may cut down the rice to 1/4 of the size of your plate. take 1/4 for another few days.
then, you manage to skip rice for lunch.

this is the way to reduce your carbohydrate intake. reducing gradually and NOT SUDDENLY, so that our body can get used to it. FROM 1 plate to 1/2 plate to 1/4 plate to ZERO plate of RICE.

at the same time take organic. please take organic before you take your meal. Organic is almost a perfect COMPLETE FOOD. We can take organic to replace lunch!

this is wat i learn and like to share it with those who would like to manage their body weight and to stay fit.

Thomas & Uber Cup 2008

today is my blog updating day and i almost forgot because i was so engrossed watching Thomas Cup playing live right now in Jakarta! Quarter Finals, men single first match : Malaysia Lee Chong Wei vs Japan Shoji Sato.

can you imagine how you feel to be like in the court fighting for your country. Your country's victory depends on you!!! you can feel the tense on your shoulders. To gain victory is in your hands alone. Of course, you have your team mates with you to beat most from the 5 matches. And if you happen to be the saviour, then you will be...
very tense. if you win, then you are the HERO!!!

after for so long training and preparations, finally you are in the court, showing your country what you have to offer, doing your best to take your country to victory!!! bringing the name of your country to the world... Your trainer may guide, coach and motivate you, but you are the one who make your journey to win!!!

Perhaps luck also play its role.

c-o-f-f-e-e

A very long time ago, I remembered those days type of coffee, a home made coffee, made by our grandparents and then the trend brought down to our parents.

That really black kind of coffee and we used to take it best with dipping "yu char kueh" into the black coffee!!! these two must come together. [ one can not live without the other ]
still remember? I bet you do!

I have never been drinking coffee 4 a very long time. I m not really a coffee fans or coffee addict, kind of person. coffee is never part of my daily intake, u n t i l o n e d a y . . .

a small introduction of an innocent cup of simple coffee into my life.
unexpectedly, i was drowned into an ocean of coffee!!!

I have been drinking coffee since then. and i m drinking c-o-f-f-e-e now, almost everyday!!!
I couldn't believe myself! why i was so addicted, so much involved into this!!!

Now, you can say that i m a coffee addict! actually caffeine addict.
I took one cup today, drank one yesterday too... and the day b4, was ice blended coffee...

and now, as I m typing, I just had one, about half an hour ago.
so total 2 cups for today...

Labour Day

I woke up late because today is a labour day. So no work for me! I haven't been able to enjoy sleep during my working days.

To relax and take time off, we have planned to catch a movie "Iron Man" , just launched yesterday. I met new friends along the way. I recommend you all to watch it !

This is the Iron Man's Audi :
We also chit chat over a cup of coffee after the movie. Did I mention coffee again? Yes, indeed. I think this is the younger generation trend. We saw many young people in cafes drinking coffee!

Anyway... this new friend of mine, he is a nice fellow, with lots of ideas he has put into my opened mind on the internet stuff.

Most surprisingly, he is able to do guessing or "feelings" or should I say, he can almost read my mind. Although we have never met.

I think we will be in touch often due to we have something in common and I'm also very certain that he is reading this blog now!!! : )

Hopefully not reading me again ! Only read my blogs... laugh lol...

MISS the GAME

I miss the game of badminton today.

I had to work l8nite and couldn't join my friends tonite.

They are lucky tonite coz may not have a good fight playing only with the same players. They will have a better game fight if I m around.

They will be threaten and feel the challenge, each time I come down to the court to
face them with my 10-year old racquet. huh!!!

I talk so BIG huh... (not like that - i' m) : I am not like that kind of person... so
"action" and arrogant.

I m simple and humble person, open-minded, considerate, tolerance... it looks like "
I put myself in a basket and carry it myself. " right! - praising myself...

In bahasa language - (masuk dalam bakul dan ambil bakul sendiri) Hope I put it in a
correct sentence.

Actually, I m quite busy... and that's the reason I couldn't join them 4 this beautiful game...

The game that I like and the game that I can play quite well...or I can play best at,

But I still need to improve my badminton game, and thats why, after for so long,

I am in debts!

Its not end of the world if you are driving somebody else car. (the bank’s car)

You pay 2 rent a car & after you hv fully paid d loan, then you can call it yours!
Life is not bad after all if you know how 2 allocate certain amount of your income for certain commitment in your life for example -car loan.

Most people will be paying their loans & monthly bills as soon as they got their paycheck.

What should be done is that one must, I said "must" pay themselves first, before doing any payment 2 other people, i.e (banks, grocery stores, newspaper man, petrol station, phone bills, etc)

As soon as you got your paycheck/salary/income, save 10-15% of your salary/income & don’t ever touch that money.

And then you pay your bills, fixed expenses and the rest you may spend, etc.

Usually, when I got my income, I will make payments to all my bills, monthly expenses
and so on, and see what is left for my saving. You know what? finally, I found out there is
nothing much or perhaps nothing for my saving! now, I know where I stand.

That's why I don't know where all my money goes at the end of the month!

Hey, that's some tips about money managements!

Thats my opinion and I read it somewhere to do it the correct way!

First is to Save and then you can Spend.

and I did!

Debt Free Living

I managed to convince myself that everyone can’t live without getting into debts some how or rather..

Hey everyone listen! I m in debts! My first debt with Car Loan!

Then, comes the credit card, that I don’t even apply…

But life must go on! We can’t live without debts. We have to get into debts and then get out of it!

I thought that I would be in total control of my life, I meant total, absolute control...until I got out of control.

It begins from taking my car loan.

I couldn't believe it

Seeing is Believing!

We normally work late in the bank.

One day, I finished my work early than usual, and the time was abt 6.05pm,
I walked towards my car, parked at the back of my office, holding my car key in my hand.

From a distance, I looked at where my car was parked...& I couldn’t believe my eyes…
I opened my eyes even bigger n looked again… but my car is not there.

I knew, I parked my car beside a blue nissan sentra this morning but where is it?

The blue nissan sentra still there but where’s mine!!! I knew my car is gone…
My white 1983 Toyota Corolla DX 1.3cc has been stolen.
The big wheelers, 17 inch sport rims, & new paint work, car - is no more mine !!!

There are no eye witnesses on my stolen toyota.

I then, bought a white Daihatsu Charade 1.0cc. 1981 model.
And this time I put handle lock…on the steering, even though it’s an old car.
I don’t want to loose this one, this time! like what happened to my Toyota. HaH !

I thought that i would be able 2 maintain driving second hand cars all my life.

I thought of living in a debt free life. but I couldn't.

I think a car is more of a liability than of an asset! it depreciate in value over time.

Thats the reason i don't want to buy a new car. finally, as the car got worse & I faced many problem with that car, I bought a new car.

Unforgetable Incident

Once upon a time, many years back... I can still remember this moment of my life.

That afternoon, after my lunch break, as usual, I went back to my office. Riding my bike.

I was taking a corner after the traffic lights, near to my office building, I fell !

Maybe because of the uneven road condition, there is a small bumb on the road.

Then, there was this express bus behind me, heading fast toward me. I didn't look back, I run aside as soon as I fell of my bike. The bus hit my bike!!! and brought my bike to a distance of about 12 feet.

My bike went under the bus. I was really lucky that I was not stuck under the bike when I fell.

The next day, I sat at one of the warung near to my workplace and a reporter asked the warung owner about yesterday's express bus and bike accident and asked about the condition of the guy on the bike.

I was there and I told him that I was that guy on that bike! The reporter was suprised to
see me there!

He thought that that guy must be in the hospital with his leg up or probably even worst!!!

There I was sitting having my drink in the warung, talking to them. I was really lucky.
I don't know what makes me jump up and run across when my bike fell.

I guess its just instinct! or just my feelings!

At times, we do act according to feelings.

Maybe we don't named it feelings but rather more like, our "sixth sense"?

Working Life

My Working Life Journey :

1st Job - Financial Institution : Credit Department

I spend most of my time in the office, spent most of my time there. Therefore, my office is my 1st home. I only go home 2 sleep. Work n Sleep, Work n Sleep, day in n day out. It’s a secured job, no doubt about it. But time to socialize seems to be a little difficult for me.

2nd Job - Telecommunication Company : Administration/Accounts

After 2 years in F.I. and I left, reason is to go into business and I begun by helping n at the same time, learning from my dad. But getting into business is not as easy as it sounds. Usually i got up early, getting ready for work, rushing for punch clocks. Now, i woke up late, start work whenever we wanted to, take a longer break time. but we work till late night, we work hard. not that easy. anyhow, i followed him almost a year & business wasn't really picking up & it wasn't a good year at that time. so i started to look for a job again. I went to my 2nd job in one of the leading Telecommunication Company at that time and i was there for a year plus in accounts department. while I was working, physically I m at my desk, but my mind was wandering into starting a business.

3rd Job - Hotel Industry : Bartender

I joined a new hotel as a bartender, started training during the contruction of the hotel. Bartender is one of many other positions in the hotel and to me, it is the most interesting position I have ever been so far. although i m not a drinker, seriously, but I have enjoyed and gone through nice experience being a bartender. We learned from our seniors on the mixture of ingredients for cocktail drinks n mocktail drinks. different drink is prepared differently n different glasses is used. Eventhough, I have never experience being in the beverage line, as we go along, we take up other skills like, juggling wine bottles, glasses even orange fruits, and we xchange skills among ourselves. We learn about cigars and wines. Some bartenders resigned and some new bartender came in. And I learn from many of them n we keep on learning and sharing our beverage knowledge and skills. Its surprising to see what the new comers can contribute to our beverage department. thats what we normally do to keep on improving. I enjoyed being a bartender. I missed those days.

4th Job - Hotel Industry : Night Auditor/Accounts

I join another Hotel as a Night Auditor. Another interesting job and a more challenging one. Working from 11pm till 7am, doing report to the GM.

5th Job - Hotel Industry : Finance/Accounts

I went back to the previous hotel where I was once a Bartender back then. But now in the Finance/Accounts Dept.

6th Job - Back to Financial and Banking Industry : Credit Department

...until today. I don't know how long can I hang on to this. It has been 7 years so far,
since I left d hotel industry. I started in Banking Line and now back to the same industry.
This time around is very much different from the last time.
The culture of banking has changed n it will be a drastic change in the near future.

Finally, I started blogging

Just after my dinner on MARCH 1st, as I sat in front of my PC, wondering how am
I gonna start my blog, and another childhood friend of mine called me on my mobile.

I have heard many people talking about blogging. I told him that I was just about to start
a blog. I wanted 2 start but can’t figure out how to go about it. Finally, this is the time!!!

I must start writting today, no matter what! If it takes until midnight, I have to write
something! so... here I m.

I have survived so far, writting a few already n I hope there is some more coming in. Me
and my childhood friend (he is in KL) still keeps in touch & updating one another on
current events.

He is simple and a humble guy. I agreed with him totally about property investment.
It will definitely increase our income by increasing our assets, according to Robert Kiyosaki.

Talking about Robert Kiyosaki, have u played the game called,
"Getting Out of the Rat Race?"

Its a wonderful game.

Schooling Life

When we were young, we do what youngsters normally do. Go to school to study and
play games in the evenings.

I wanted a new shirt just like my friends, I got it. I wanted to have a new bicycle,
I got it. I wanted to go for computer games in the internet cafe, I got it.

I told my dad I m following my classmates for movie in cinema and go for some snacks,
he will give me some money to spend.

When our school uniform gets dirty after evening school activities, our mums will get
it washed and clean. Nothing worries me.

Everything that i need are well taken care, like my other friends.

Everything was provided 4 me & my younger bro.

Life for me at tht time was care free... drifting aimlessly. clueless abt life, no direction,
no goal at all...I don't know why I studied so hard for.
The only reason i know to study hard, is to pass the exams, thats it.

I played badminton every week in school hall. I was active in Red Crescent Society, a uniform body in high school. I have been to many competitions and organised state's events combining with a few other schools. I became a commander for a marching platun.
And we almost burn down the school during our Red Crescent Campfire Night.

I have seen what it takes to have that leadership qualities in leading and managing a team,
right here in a small society in school.

Anyway, those were the days, when we were young and care free!

What I did during my School Break, while I was waiting for school exam result?

I went to work in a Fast Food Restaurant, to occupy my time earning some pocket money
rather than sitting down at home doing nothing.
Gain some work experience too.

While waiting for the Final Exam Result, What did I do?

I became a temporary waiter in a 5-star hotel, And with the money that I earned,
(not that much), I took up driving lesson.

Childhood days

There were these 2 close childhood friends that we used to play together in my old neighbourhood.

One of them has this passion which is also my passion... passion for cars.

He has this miniature model cars collection displayed in their living room mirror cabinet, which we put them back after playing... porche 911, lamborgini countach, ferrari, knight rider kitt, f1 car, mini copper, to name a few... he also has the toy models collection of the movie - starwars... darth vader, yoda, r2d2, stormtrooper, the spaceship, etc...

My brother and I used to go to his house, which is just in front of ours, almost everyday of the week.

We watch lots of TV programmes those days.

Now, we named it an idiot box. (TV) because it makes us lazy, stuck on the nice sofa and never exercise or doing productive activities.
