meaning :
"sometimes happy, somtimes sad"
that's life!!!
sometimes we are at the top of the world (UP) and sometimes we are depressed. (DOWN)
say it again,
"kabhi kushi kabhie gham"
It is a title of one of the famous Hindi Movie.
