Wedding Dinner & Dance

Last night, I sat with fellow senior citizens and met with old school friends in a Wedding Dinner & Dance.

Joget is a Traditional Dance but we have it in every special dance occasion, especially weddings by the Peranakans. (Straits Born) or we named it the Baba and Nyonya community. They also have the slow dance like ballroom dance, cha cha. Not to miss the famous and the must have, the line dance.

A Coincidence

Talking about Green...starmag, a section of The Star newspaper also publishing an article on Going green in 2009... What a Coincidence! I didn't see the papers earlier as my readers at home just throw them everywhere after reading. This starmag section was found in the kitchen!

Route Change

This photo was taken from my friend's flat, showing a route change heading to Melaka Raya area from Ujong Pasir.

This is due to traffic congestion in areas like the Dataran Pahlawan, Mahkota Parade.

There is also a roundabout. The traffic is heavy lately.

Melaka Raya is one of the Hot Spot, I guess.

Here, I have plants crawling in my home. It is called "Money Plant". Plants that brings in MONEY! It brings OXYGEN too!!! It makes our home more cooling and very soothing for our eyes too! Many benefits having more plants, especially at home. Do you agree with me?

I watched this movie because the title on the front cover of this DVD captures my attention!

A Mumbai teen who grew up in the slums, became a contestant on the Indian version of "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" He is arrested under suspicion of cheating, and while being interrogated, events from his life history are shown which explain why he knows the answers. He won 20 Million Rupees!!!

The part which I like most, is when the boy went down to the shit hole!

Think GREEN this year.... I did!

One of my favourite TV shows is "World's Greenest Homes" hosted by Emmanuel Belliveau.

Not only these beautiful houses has its original and unique design, it also eco-friendly, almost everything is made by recycle building materials. The table is made of recycle wood, the glass window does its function, even the flooring. They put solar power system on the roof to heat up the house during the night, and heat up the water for bathing, etc...

Can you imagine if we could also implement this kind of concept to our home. And it also helps everyone to save the environment, make it more greener. It makes this world a better place to live in.
It is really nice to see these houses on TV shows, very impressive, wish that we could have one of our own, correct? But we could only do so much to our very own home, oh! my "home sweet home". I m putting more greeneries at home...

Pricing Revise for Melilea Products

I heard from my upline, that there will be price increase for Melilea Products soon, especially for the food products. So... please do your purchase as soon as possible.

Opening of an outlet

To open an outlet or in other words, to start a real business, we need big capital.

The cost for renovation is also very high. Estimation is about RM100,000 to 200,000. Or maybe could be more! What do you think?
How about staff salary? Electricity, Telephone and Water bill? Rental?

I have found a way of doing it and the cost is not that high. It is actually affordable to many of us. Yes, it is legal, of course.

This is a chance you don't want to miss and it doesn't come offen. Believe me!

Yesterday, after work, I went to Island Red Cafe.

I wanted to access to the internet there. There were two internet surfers occupying the place, so I ordered a drink and waited. Not coffee, this time! I took a glass of carrot juice. Trying to cut down those caffeine stuff!

I met a friend, who also happened to drop by to access to the internet. He came and sat on my table.
He is also in MLM and we had a good chat and we had exchange of views too.

drive to wedding

I just came back from my friend's wedding today.

The weather was really nice in the morning and everything went on smoothly from the beginning till the end.

I became his driver today.

But it rains heavily while I was fetching them home from the wedding lunch. There was a terrible traffic jam too.
